By crafting the process someone goes through from the time they land on your website, to coming into your gym for the first time,  we’re ensuring every single person’s experience at your box is consistent, in line with your vision, and of the highest quality. Your coach will work with you to identify your introductory offer and sales process that flows seamlessly into the next phase of new member integration.

All of this will be done in a way that can be handed off to your staff whenever you’re ready creating more balance, more profit, and more and/or better members at your gym.

This session focuses solely on optimizing your retail sales and upselling your premium services in a way that works naturally with your members’ wants and needs. Your coach will train you on the best practices of product selection, inventory management, easy launches, and more to increase your average client value. One of the biggest secrets is to running a successful and thriving box that you love lies in this session. It’s all about creating the processes and environment to have more high quality, happier, and invested members, versus a high volume model some-what, so-so invested members.

INTERNAL GYM MARKETING

Are you done relying on shot-in-the-dark marketing blasts and word-of-mouth to get prospective members through your doors? Gym marketing isn’t rocket science, but it is overwhelming if you don’t have clarity around what works for you. During this marketing session, your coach will take you through a series of exercises to reflect back on your ideal member profile, determine what content you should create to call in those ideal members, and how to get people to see it using social media.

You and your coach will also craft a 3+ month marketing/sales/experience strategy using Gymwright’s Perceived Value Builder which:

  • Reinvigorates and engages your staff

Your coach will then guide you through a portfolio of external marketing mediums like content creation, organic online lead generation, events, specialty programs, and community service. We’ve added this extra marketing session into the program to dive deeper into these areas.
