You and your coach will begin the series of one-on-one coaching calls by going through an audit of your business. By benchmarking the current state of your gym and refining your business goals, we will craft the following sessions to focus on the areas that will make the biggest positive impact on the near and distant future of your gym.
Work through Gymwright’s proprietary Money Map 3.0 to develop a plan that will help you maintain a sense of direction and keep you working towards short, medium, and long-term goals. This process will show us where the gaps are in your current services and offerings so we can help you can make the appropriate changes to your revenue model. This session and related homework will have you architecting your ideal day and well on your way to living that life.

Your coach will then guide you through a portfolio of external marketing mediums like content creation, organic online lead generation, events, specialty programs, and community service. We’ve added this extra marketing session into the program to dive deeper into these areas. This way we can see which methods will work best for your unique situation, your resources, and your skill sets.

I don't know where to begin! I feel as though I've gotten perspective on my entire life--where I am now, my current trajectory, and where I would like to go. . .
