Have you ever had submit an inquiry about getting started at your gym, only to no-call/no-show you for their first session, and then seemingly just fall off the face of the Earth? Of course; we all have – and it’s a great feeling, followed immediately by disappointment. It sucks, but it is part of the game. That said, it’s one thing if 1-2 out of 10 new leads aren’t showing up, as that’s normal (things happen), but it’s another thing entirely if it’s any more than that. That means your new lead management system (AKA Sales Funnel) is BROKEN and needs to be fixed immediately. The difference of getting that handful of additional opportunities could be the difference between you hitting your growth goals for the month or year, or for some whether you are getting a paycheck this month or not.
