One of the pleasures of starting your own gym is the ability to choose the person or people you’re going to partner with. However, it would be silly to assume all will be smooth sailing just because you know each other and have a passion for fitness and/or owning a gym.

Just like marriages, business partnerships often run into rough waters. So on this episode of Gymwright LIVE, we’re interviewing co-owners of South Tampa CrossFit, Stephanie O’Donnell and Tricia Will who just graduated from our Foundations Program to give us some insight on how they make their business partnership work like gangbusters.

These can be tough issues to discuss, especially when each of you has put so much effort into the gym’s success. But, unless you take the time to lay the foundation for a lasting business partnership, your gym may never see the success it should.
